I’ve been in this industry for about a decade.

Over the years, I have spent many weekends, off days, holidays, birthdays, and, more importantly, my bad-hair days at work.

And over the years, I’ve realised I still have a lot to learn.

So far, I’ve learnt how to keep my feet on the table without spoiling the creases of my shirt. I’ve learnt that the difference between an amateur and a professional is the ability to handle pressure. I’ve learnt not to make excuses and never to be in a position where I have to make one. I’ve learnt that if you can’t take the flak for it, you don’t deserve the credit.

I’ve learnt all of the above the hard way.

But. I am still the kid trying to impress my English teacher to stop growing up. So that I can catch up and marry her.
